GREEN SKATEPARK DI DENPASAR

Abstract

This research discusses the design of Green Skatepark in Denpasar by integrating green development principles. This skatepark is designed to support skateboarding activities while providing an environmentally friendly play space. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method through observations at Lumintang Extreme Park and Bangli Skatepark, as well as literature studies. The design process used the proportional method, while testing ensured the design complied with green development standards. The results show the utilization of 41% of the area as green open space, biopore-based drainage system, and obstacle design that suits user ergonomics. This research emphasizes the importance of environmental elements in sports facilities to support ecology and comfort.
