<p><strong>Jurnal Wastuloka</strong> adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Ngurah Rai. Jurnal ini adalah platform publikasi jurnal online yang berisi karya ilmiah bagi mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari publikasi dan tugas. Karya yang diterbitkan merupakan suatu hasil penelitian orisinil atau tinjauan pustaka yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa. Jurnal ini terbit 2 kali dalam 1 tahun yaitu di Bulan Juli dan Desember sejak tahun 2023. Ruang lingkup karya yang diterbitkan mencakup bidang Arsitektur, Teknik Sipil, maupun ilmu teknik dan seni lainnya. Semua karya tulis yang dikirimkan akan menjalani proses peninjauan secara umum, Jurnal Wastuloka memprioritaskan makalah yang dapat menunjukkan orisinalitas, kebaruan, dan temuan penting yang dapat bermanfaat bagi minat pembaca. Pemeriksaan kesamaan untuk semua karya tulis yang dikirimkan akan diterapkan untuk memastikan kualitas penelitian. <p><em>The residential area on Jalan Karya Makmur is one of the slum areas in Denpasar City. This settlement is a priority for fire management because it has a very high fire vulnerability. The level of vulnerability and handling of fire protection in slums that will be applied is the analysis of fire risk level assessment, seeing the prioritization of fire protection needs criteria, and handling carried out in the study area. This research aims to find out how the handling of fire protection in slum areas is suitable to be applied to the study area. with quantitative descriptive research methods, namely data that describes the conditions of the research location with tabulated numbers and descriptions that can be calculated to determine the desired value. <p><em>Slums is not only caused by physical factors such as poor infrastructure conditions, but also by social and economic factors. This research analyzes the influence of people's occupation on the condition of slums in Jalan LC Jatayu using the descriptive-qualitative method. The results show that the type of employment, especially in the informal sector such as waste pickers, contributes significantly to the slum. <p><em>This study focuses on analyzing the implementation of the multi-sensory restaurant concept at Henshin Japanese Restaurant in Jakarta, known for its advantageous location on the rooftop of a hotel offering a picturesque view of Jakarta city. Renowned for strategically incorporating sensory elements such as captivating interior design, appropriate music selection, enticing aroma, and creative dish presentations, the restaurant aims to provide an exceptional culinary experience for its patrons. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, data is collected from internet sources including customer reviews, articles, and promotional materials related to the restaurant. The collected data encompasses information about the restaurant concept, customer experiences, praises, criticisms, and general opinions. <p><em>With its natural and cultural treasures, Bali has become the perfect holiday destination, helping Denpasar to evolve into a business city with a growing demand for commercial offices and shopping malls. The scarcity of land requires that new approaches be practised. This research aims to develop a mixed building containing rental offices and a mall at Jl. Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Mantra, Kesiman Kertalangu. Accommodation to the commercial aspect is prioritized, with the areas focused on high-value commerce and communicative spaces, and the architectural style that has been implemented is dubbed the “Balinese Modern-Contemporary”, which incorporates elements of traditional and modern architecture. The project involves the construction of a food court, multifunctional hall, plaza and basement parking at a total of 18,000 m². From this, the concept combines maximum admission of essential principles, spatial requirements, and activity to achieve an efficient and effective spatial appearance for development. <p><em>Blahkiuh Market, a traditional market in Badung Regency, experiences high vehicle activity during peak hours, leading to parking difficulties. This research aims to identify the parking system, analyze vehicle arrival and departure patterns, assess parking needs and capacity, and provide recommendations. The study employs direct field observations to record vehicles entering and leaving, aligning with actual conditions. Data collected include parking duration, volume, accumulation, turnover, capacity, and management, which are then processed into tables for analysis. Results show that the market can accommodate 215 two-wheeler parking spaces on 426 m² of land and 15 four-wheeler spaces on 135 m². <p><em>Parking problems are an important issue in urban areas, especially in locations with high economic activity such as minimarkets. This research aims to analyze parking characteristics and parking space requirements at Indomaret Fresh Sanur, Denpasar, through a field survey. The research results show that the parking capacity for motorbikes is 4,141 SRP/hour with a parking turnover rate of 0.688 vehicles/hour, while the parking capacity for light vehicles is 1,217 SRP/hour with a parking turnover rate of 1,833 vehicles/hour. The maximum motorbike parking index reaches 1.125, exceeding the parking capacity, while the light vehicle parking index corresponds to the capacity. <p><em>Parking analysis is an activity to determine the situation and parking requirements at Indomaret Trengguli by collecting data such as the total number of vehicles parked and the length of parking time. Data shows that the parking capacity at Indomaret Trengguli is very sufficient. Indomaret Trengguli has 11 parking lots, including 8 parking lots for motorbikes and 3 parking lots for cars. The number of vehicles parked from 08.00 WITA to 12.00 WITA is 115 motorbikes and 12 cars. The method used is a quantitative method where data is obtained by conducting a direct survey on Wednesday 10-23-2024 from 08.00 to 12.00. The research results show that the maximum number of motorbikes is 11 vehicles at 09.00-09.30 WITA and 2 light vehicles at 09.00-09.30 WITA. The average motorbike parking turnover reached 4.52 vehicles/15 minutes and cars reached 0.39 vehicles/15 minutes.
