Aldi Agha Maulana Agus Wiryadhi Saidi Made Ratna Witari ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-04-14 2025-04-14 3 1 7 18 PUSAT PELATIHAN DAN KERJASAMA KEWIRAUSAHAAN DI KOTA DENPASAR https://ojs.unr.ac.id/index.php/wastuloka/article/view/1422
Ida Ayu Putu Padmi Yoni Agus Wiryadhi Saidi I Gusti Bagus Adnyanegara ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-04-14 2025-04-14 3 1 19 26 STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF ROOF MATERIAL AND JOGLO ROOF SHAPE ON THE TEMPERATURE OF THE INDOOR ROOM https://ojs.unr.ac.id/index.php/wastuloka/article/view/1462
Architecture is a manifestation of cultural identity that involves a cultural process and has an internal nature. In Javanese society, the knowledge of building houses is carried out through traditions and simple methods. Traditional Javanese houses have many variations in roof forms, with the Joglo roof drawing particular interest and encouraging deeper exploration into traditional Javanese architecture. However, many people still lack an understanding of how the traditional Javanese roof affects indoor temperature. It is important to understand the factors that influence the choice of roofing materials and the shape of the Joglo roof in relation to indoor thermal comfort. Additionally, identifying the research landscape related to this topic is essential. This study uses a systematic literature review by collecting several journals related to roofing materials, Joglo roofs, indoor thermal comfort, and traditional Javanese house comfort. The aim is to analyze research conducted over the past ten years. The results explain how the realization of Javanese houses and their spatial and formal meanings are deeply rooted in culture. Over time, the development and use of various roofing materials and forms have become influential factors in determining indoor temperature, as seen in studies from the last decade.
Agil Satrio Pambudi Noor Cholis Idham Revianto Budi Santosa ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-06-08 2025-06-08 3 1 27 38 PERANCANGAN APLIKASI MANAJEMEN BANK SAMPAH DKM AL-HIKMAH BERBASIS WEB DENGAN MODEL WATERFALL https://ojs.unr.ac.id/index.php/wastuloka/article/view/1491
This research describes the design and development of a web-based DKM Al-Hikmah Waste Bank management application using a waterfall development model. The main purpose of this application is to assist the manager of the Garbage Bank in recording and managing customer data, deposit and cash withdrawal transactions, and information on the type of waste in a more effective and structured manner. Before this application, the Waste Bank management process was carried out manually, which tended to be less efficient. With the implementation of this digital system, it is expected that the operational process will become more practical and efficient. The trial results show that the system runs well and has met the basic needs of Waste Bank management. Although there are some minor flaws that are not significant, this application has generally succeeded in changing the manual process into a more organized digital system.
Farhan Septian Syahrul Ramadhan Ahmad Faiz Zaidan Wasis Haryono ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-06-22 2025-06-22 3 1 39 48 METODE ADAPTIVE REUSE PADA ALIH FUNGSI BANGUNAN RESIDENSIAL MENJADI KOMERSIAL https://ojs.unr.ac.id/index.php/wastuloka/article/view/1525
In an environmental context, adaptive reuse is a design method involving the architectural strategy of adapting old buildings for new uses, while ensuring environmental and economic sustainability. This study explores the adaptive reuse of a residential building (a house) for use as a commercial building (an architect's studio). A descriptive qualitative method is used to examine the principles of preservation, intervention and transformation in architectural terms. The results of the study of the adaptive reuse design method show that commercial functions can utilize residential buildings by adapting preservation principles, including those relating to the structure and façade elements, as well as intervening in the spatial layout and interior elements, and transforming them to meet new needs. Using the adaptive reuse method to convert residential buildings for commercial use allows for environmental sustainability through the utilization of old buildings, reduction of construction waste and preservation of materials and structures, while also increasing economic value without sacrificing ecological aspects.
M. This causes traffic density and congestion, especially on Jalan Cokroaminoto due to the activities of Sempidi Market. This study analyzes the impact of side obstacles on road performance. The methods used include direct observation and surveys of traffic volume, side obstacles, and vehicle travel time on weekdays and weekends. The results of the Degree of Saturation (DS) analysis show a value of 0.78 (service level D) when the market is operating and 0.7 (service level C) after the market closes. The average speed of vehicles decreased significantly, with motorcycles 33.86 km/h, light vehicles 29.76 km/h, and heavy vehicles 23.80 km/h. The conclusion of the study shows that market activities reduce road capacity, reduce road performance, and slow down traffic flow.
Emanuel Lowo Dosi Woda Gede Sumarda I Wayan Diasa ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-07-15 2025-07-15 3 1 57 68 PERBANDINGAN PARAMETER SPEKTRUM RESPONS DESAIN SNI 1726:2012 DENGAN SNI 1726:2019 PADA 12 KABUPATEN/ KOTA DI SUMATERA SELATAN https://ojs.unr.ac.id/index.php/wastuloka/article/view/1527
Over time, SNI 1726 has changed based on considerations to maintain the relevance of SNI to market needs, the development of science and technology, maintenance and evaluation of the feasibility and current SNI 1726: 2012 to SNI 1726: 2019.
