Menguatkan Agrowisata Lewat Rasa Lokal: Sinergi Daya Tarik, Komunitas, dan Lokavorisme

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara agraris yang kaya akan sumber daya alam. Ketersediaan lahan yang luas memiliki prospek besar untuk mengembangkan berbagai usaha khususnya di bidang pertanian. Keadaan tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan guna meningkatkan perekonomian nasional dengan menggabungkan kegiatan agronomi dan pariwisata yang nantinya dikembangkan menjadi konsep agrowisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui metode survei menggunakan kuesioner online dalam bentuk Google Form. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengambil sampel dari populasi orang-orang yang pernah mengunjungi agrowisata di Indonesia dengan jumlah 249 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan daya tarik destinasi berpengaruh positif terhadap lokavorisme. Kemudian, daya tarik destinasi berpengaruh positif terhadap dukungan terhadap pengembangan pariwisata. Selain itu, keterikatan komunitas berpengaruh positif terhadap lokavorisme dan juga dukungan terhadap pengembangan pariwisata. Penelitian ini juga mendapatkan hasil bahwa lokavorisme memediasi hubungan antara daya tarik destinasi dan keterikatan komunitas terhadap dukungan terhadap pengembangan pariwisata. Dengan fokus pada agrowisata sebagai objek penelitian, studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam memahami mekanisme pengembangan pariwisata berbasis lokal di Indonesia.
