NEGARA KUAT VERSUS NEGARA LEMAH: SEBUAH KAJIAN TEORETIK
Abstract
pemahamannya. Secara teoretik keduanya bisa saling berkaitan tetapi bisa juga saling bertentangan secara pengertian. Kajian ini mencoba menelusuri setiap makna dari dinamika perdebatan mengenai konsep negara kuat dan negara lemah. Dengan harapan bahwa keduanya dapat dipahami sesuai dengan konteksnya. Indonesia bisa menjadi sebuah negara kuat pada saat menempatkan kekuasaan negara bersamaan dengan kekuatan rakyat. Namun sebaliknya bisa menjadi sebuah negara lemah jika negara atau pemerintah menjadi kekuatan yang mendominasi atau menguasai masyarakat atau sebaliknya.
