Meskipun Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Serba Guna Br. Kedaton di Denpasar mengalami pertumbuhan jumlah anggota, masih terdapat indikasi bahwa pelayanan dan kepercayaan anggota belum sepenuhnya memenuhi harapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan anggota pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Serba Guna Br. Kedaton di Denpasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 93 anggota yang dipilih melalui teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan anggota, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kepercayaan merupakan variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan anggota.
