Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Ian Group Grosir

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and the work environment on employee performance at PT IAN Group Grosir. The background of this study is based on suboptimal employee performance, as evidenced by the failure to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, declining employee attendance rates, and the declining quality of the work environment during the study period.
This study used a quantitative approach with an associative approach. The population in this study was all 42 employees of PT IAN Group Grosir. The sampling technique used saturated sampling (census), so the entire population was used as respondents. Data collection methods were conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²).
The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, work motivation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.865 indicates that 86.5% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work motivation and the work environment, while the remaining 13.5% is influenced by other variables outside the study.
Based on the research results, it is recommended that companies increase work motivation by providing rewards and opportunities for self-development, as well as improving the work environment, both physically and non-physically, to optimally enhance employee performance.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT IAN Group Grosir. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada belum optimalnya kinerja karyawan yang terlihat dari belum tercapainya target Key Performance Indicator (KPI), penurunan tingkat kehadiran karyawan, serta menurunnya kualitas lingkungan kerja selama periode penelitian.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT IAN Group Grosir yang berjumlah 42 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus), sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R²).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,865 menunjukkan bahwa 86,5% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar perusahaan meningkatkan motivasi kerja melalui pemberian penghargaan dan kesempatan pengembangan diri, serta memperbaiki lingkungan kerja baik secara fisik maupun nonfisik guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara optimal.
